Shifting from Job Titles to Skill Sets
The Skills-Based Model encourages a shift in perspective, moving away from traditional job titles and towards a focus on the skills that make up each role. Think of it as breaking down jobs (opportunities) into their core abilities and knowledge requirements.

Needs Assessment/Implementation
Implementation with Scoutr occurs over the course of 4 stages.

First, a Needs Assessment is performed. This is where Scoutr comes in and gathers all the information needed to build out your system. This includes information about your employees skills and preferences, information about your roles, information you’d like to know about your teams, and how you’d like to assess and develop your employees using our Adaptive Learning and Development System (ALDS).

Second, Scoutr creates a White-Labeled Talent Management Marketplace for your organization. In this stage, we don’t just hand over the system. Instead, we upskill everyone that will be using it. We also provide 24/7 support with a Scoutr expert and check-ins as frequently as you want them.

Third, we include a stage for planning and implementation. This is where we ensure you will get the results you are interested and establish support practices to ensure you always have what you need.The final stage is ongoing and involves monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement to the system. This is where we assess outcomes and ensure you are maximizing the value of your Marketplace.
